The Stables shares its footprint with Oak Tree Barn, both of which originally formed part of a farmstead dating back to around 1850.  The barn was originally converted 10 years ago, with The Stables  being completed in 2014.  They sit opposite each other within a shared, sunny, walled courtyard.  The Stables also enjoys its own shadier, private courtyard and you have the freedom to explore the surrounding gardens and paddocks.

The Stables was converted from 3 separate buildings, now linked by a new oak-framed, light-filled dining room. This forms the main entrance and together with the large living room is located at one end of the building.  The two bedrooms are arranged on either side of the large bathroom at the other end.  With open planned kitchen, utility and study in the centre, The Stables provides more than 100 square metres of living space. The architecture of the original building has been maintained, with floor to ceiling windows along its entire length, making the spacious interiors light and airy.  The Stables has double glazing, underfloor heating and beautiful limestone flooring throughout making it warm in winter and cool in summer ensuring that you are comfortable whatever time of year you choose to visit.
